Ariel and Danielle's journey began in 2014 when they crossed paths at Adelphi University. Instantly, they formed a strong bond and became best friends. Sharing a common dream, they aspired to open a medical spa together, fueled by their shared passion for skincare and aesthetics.
For years, Ariel and Danielle nurtured their dream, envisioning a place where they could combine their knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional aesthetic treatments. Their unwavering determination and hard work eventually led them to realize their dream, as everything fell into place.
In 2023, Ariel and Danielle attended the prestigious Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress conference in Miami, an experience that further deepened their passion for the field. The conference allowed them to learn from renowned experts, discover the latest advancements in skincare and aesthetics, and network with like-minded professionals.
Their shared passion for everything skincare and aesthetics continues to drive Ariel and Danielle's commitment to their craft. They are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements through continuous education and attending conferences. Their goal is to provide their clients with the highest quality treatments and exceptional experiences.
Together, Ariel and Danielle have created a dynamic partnership, combining their individual skills and expertise to establish a one of a kind medical spa. Their journey from Adelphi University to achieving their dream is a testament to their friendship, determination, and shared passion for the world of skincare and aesthetics.
Ariel Greenberg, Co-Founder RN NP-S
Ariel is a registered nurse who finds passion in both aesthetics and infusion therapy. Ariel received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University, and worked as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit upon graduating. After COVID, She found her true calling in aesthetics and completed a comprehensive training for neurotoxins and dermal fillers in NYC.
Ariel provides individualized treatment plans and options, specifically catered to the needs of each client. Her skilled technique allows her to achieve natural looking results for her patients. She prioritizes creating outcomes that enhance her patients natural beauty, focusing on subtle enhancements rather than producing artificial or exaggerated appearances. This approach ensures that her patients feel confident and satisfied with their aesthetic goals.
Ariel is dedicated and currently pursuing her masters in nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner. She has a profound passion for continuous learning. Ariel consistently seeks out oppurtunities to expand her knowledge and skills by attending conferences and engaging with other doctors and surgeons to stay informed about the latest techniques in the industry.

Danielle Kurz, Co-Founder
Licensed Aesthetician
Danielle is Certified Medical Aesthetician and skincare expert. Having worked with industry pioneers her background lies in top of the line medical aesthetics, where she garnered her love of providing services that make her clients feel and look their best. As she simultaneously pursues a career in Nursing, she brings her comprehensive knowledge of health and well being of the skin to InSkin. With medical aesthetic treatments being her area of expertise, Danielle loves to attend the annual Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress. Her ongoing passion for skin care ensures that she stays informed with the latest and greatest techniques and technologies.
Linda Sanzo, RN
Linda is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 5 years of nursing experience, now bringing her expertise to InSkin Med Spa. With a strong foundation in acute patient care, Linda has honed her skills in high-pressure situations, ensuring the best outcomes for her patients.
At InSkin, she specializes in IV therapy, combining her clinical knowledge with a passion for wellness and holistic care. Linda is committed to providing safe, effective, and personalized IV treatments that cater to the unique needs of each client. Her approach emphasizes patient education and comfort, ensuring that every individual feels supported and informed throughout their experience.
In addition to her nursing credentials, Linda continually seeks to expand her knowledge in aesthetic and wellness treatments, staying current with the latest advancements in the field. Her compassionate demeanor and attention to detail make her a trusted professional at InSkin.
Lilia Colletti, RN
Lilia is a Registered Nurse with over two years of clinical experience. She earned her nursing degree from Adelphi University, which laid the foundation for her passion for patient-centered care. Lilia’s clinical background consisted of working on a cardiac unit, and she currently specializes in postpartum care, where she supports mothers and newborns during one of the most important transitions of their lives.
Through her work, Lilia discovered a strong passion for women’s health and wellness, which naturally led her to the field of aesthetics. She has developed a wide range of hands-on clinical skills in the hospital setting, and is excited to bring that experience into her role at InSkin Med Spa.
What Lilia loves most about aesthetics is the unique blend of beauty and wellness. Her main priority is helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly radiant from the inside out. She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in aesthetic treatments while providing safe, personalized care to each client.
Outside of work, Lilia enjoys training in pilates, traveling, trying new food dishes and spending time with my family/friends!
Lauren Weissberg, FNP-BC
Lauren is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in aesthetic injectables at InSkin Med Spa. With over a decade of diverse clinical experience in obstetrics, primary care, and geriatrics/home care, she brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to every treatment.
Lauren is passionate about helping her clients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. By taking the time to listen and understand every client’s goals and preferences, Lauren ensures that each treatment plan is carefully personalized and thoughtfully designed to help them look and feel their very best.
When Lauren is not working, she enjoys exercising, traveling, surfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
